At Laughing Coyote, nature is our teacher. We guide children toward developing a personal relationship to the earth. Every day is filled with learning the intricacies of nature through playing games, tracking, bird language, gardening from seed to table, animal husbandry, nature-based arts, and local wanderings into raw nature.
Children are searching urgently to connect with nature and rediscover their birthright. As this connection is nurtured at Laughing Coyote, they develop confidence, respect, social artistry, a strong sense of community and a reverence for the land and their own selves
