At Laughing Coyote, nature is our teacher. Every day is filled with learning the intricacies of nature through playing games, tracking, bird language, gardening from seed to table, animal husbandry, primitive skills, and local wanderings into raw nature. The traditional skills and awareness of our ancestors guide our studies. We work together, play together, and mix coyote-playfulness with focused concentration and reverence for the Earth.
Laughing Coyote Project offers home school, after school, overnight immersion and adult programs. The Homeschool program is divided into Wednesday and Friday. Students can choose one or two days.
The after school programs are divided into two
age groups: Squirrel Clan ages 8-11 and Hawk Clan age 12-18.
